This part replaces Arctic Cat PN 0648-798. It is made from Torlon 4203 which has excellent strength at high temperature.
It is melt processed and machined into its final shape here at our Cypress, Texas, USA Drake Plastics manufacturing facility. The resin pellets used in the manufacture of this part are produced by Solvay Specialty Polymers in Greenville, South Carolina.
The part was developed with an oxidized brown outside surface for extra wear resistance and long life.
